General Conditions and Notes on the Rally

General Notes
Registration is by Pre Entry Only
New entries will NOT be accepted on the day
Only nominated pilots on entry form permitted to fly
Models must have SCALE pilots fitted
Models are to be decorated as per full size. No model logos
All pilots must have observer when flying
Pilots must be Gold Wings Standard
All pilots must be current MAAA members
Aircraft over 7 kgs must have current Heavy Model Certificate
Monoplanes minimum wingspan 2000mm / 80"
Biplane minimum span 1500mm / 60"
Ducted Fans & Turbines 3500mm / 140" (span + length)
Some categories may be limited in numbers
Not all pre entry applications may be accepted
Entry will only be available by pre registration.

Visitors welcome, parking in the property for a small fee.

Models that do not meet minimum size requirements will not be permitted
Models must have scale pilots fitted
Models must not carry model type logos

If you would like to participate,
go to the 'Pre Entry Page' fill out and submit the pre entry form electronicaly
or download a pre entry application form and return it by email, fax or post.

Enter the details for the model/s that you are planning on flying now,
you will be able to be change models at a later date if necessary

Only nominated pilots on entry form permitted to fly.

Some categories may be limited in numbers.
Not all pre entry applications may be accepted.

Please check Frequencies to see if your frequency is still available
If your entry is not listed within 48 hours of being sent, it has possibly gone astray.

The rally will be open to visitors.

All pilots must be current MAAA members.
