Strike a Light..... It's time to start building for the next Bowylie Large Scale Rally.....April 8th, 9th and 10th 2011
The    Bowylie  Large Model Scale Rally 2011 Dick Smith has once again generously made available his idyllic rural propery 'Bowylie' at Gundaroo   to The Flying Scale Aircraft Association in order to hold a Large Scale Rally in 2011. The site has to be seen to be believed. It is set just outside the historic village of Gundaroo   which is about 2 & 1/2 hours south of Sydney. While it is a 'Rally' and not a competition there will be lots of prizes to reward the participants with. The Bowylie Scale Rally was one of the best events on the scale calendar in 2008 & 2009 and in 2009  raised over $12,000 for the local Volunteer Bushfire Brigades & Gundaroo Primary School P & C. .
